What is QKEY LLC?
QKEY LLC is the official exclusive distributor of ENGWE electric bicycles in the United States. We manage U.S. inventory, nationwide shipping, parts availability, dealer support, and after-sales service from our warehouse in Pomona, California.
Do you ship bikes from the United States?
Yes. All ENGWE bikes and spare parts are shipped from our California warehouse.
Delivery times:
- West Coast: 2–4 business days
- Central U.S.: 3–5 business days
- East Coast: 4–7 business days
Do ENGWE bikes come with a warranty?
Yes. All ENGWE e-bikes include a 12-month manufacturer warranty, covered and honored directly through QKEY LLC for U.S. customers.
Warranty covers:
- Motor
- Controller
- Display
- Battery defects
- Frame defects
Wear-and-tear parts are not covered (tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, chains, cosmetic scratches).
Where can I get spare parts?
QKEY LLC maintains a full inventory of 300+ ENGWE spare parts in our U.S. warehouse. Visit our Spare Parts page to request a specific part.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financing or installments?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments allows eligible customers to pay in 4 interest-free payments or longer installment options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all ENGWE e-bikes within the continental United States.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Local warehouse pickup is available by appointment at:

What is the return policy?
Unused e-bikes in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping fees apply unless the product is defective.
For safety reasons, batteries cannot be returned once used.
How long does assembly take?
ENGWE bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled.
Final steps usually take 20–30 minutes:
- Install handlebar
- Install front wheel
- Adjust brakes (if needed)
- Install pedals
An assembly guide/video is included with each bike.
