Wholesale Pricing Policy

Issued by QKEY LLC – Authorized ENGWE Distributor in the USA

This Wholesale Pricing Policy governs the pricing standards, dealer requirements, and sales rules applicable to all authorized ENGWE dealers purchasing from QKEY LLC.
By placing a wholesale order, the dealer agrees to abide by the following policies.


1. Wholesale Pricing Structure

1.1 Dealer Pricing

  • Approved dealers receive discounted wholesale pricing for all ENGWE e-bikes and spare parts.

  • Pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly.

  • Dealer pricing varies based on model, availability, and volume.

1.2 Tiered Pricing (Optional)

If activated, pricing may follow a tiered structure:

Tier Monthly Volume Discount Benefit
Authorized Dealer 3–20 units Standard wholesale pricing
Silver Dealer 21–50 units Additional 3–5% discount
Gold Dealer 51+ units Additional 7–10% discount

2. Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ)

2.1 Per Order MOQ

  • A minimum of 3 units per order is required.

  • Models may be mixed.

2.2 Pallet Mix Rules

  • 7-unit pallet – mixed models allowed (EP-2 Pro / L20 / M20)

  • 3-unit pallet – X26 only (cannot mix with other models)


3. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To protect dealer profitability and maintain market fairness:

3.1 MAP Compliance

  • Dealers may not publicly advertise prices below the ENGWE MAP provided by QKEY.

  • MAP applies to all online and offline channels.

3.2 MAP Violations

Violations may result in:

  1. Written warning

  2. Suspension of wholesale pricing

  3. Removal from the ENGWE Dealer Program


4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payments

  • ACH / Bank Transfer

  • Wire Transfer

  • Zelle

  • Credit Card (processing fees may apply)

4.2 Payment Requirement

  • 100% payment is required prior to shipment.

  • Orders will not ship until payment is received in full.

4.3 Deposits

  • Large-volume or pre-order shipments may require a non-refundable deposit.


5. Shipping & Fulfillment

5.1 Shipping Method

Orders ship via LTL Freight from our U.S. warehouse:

Carriers include:

  • Daylight Transport

  • Priority1

  • FedEx Freight

5.2 Shipping Cost

  • Freight cost is calculated by pallet quantity, destination ZIP code, and liftgate requirements.

5.3 Local Pickup

Dealers may pick up orders directly from the Pomona warehouse at no additional charge.


6. Warranty & After-Sales Support

6.1 Warranty Coverage

All ENGWE e-bikes include:

  • 1-year manufacturer warranty

  • Covers non-human damage and manufacturing defects

6.2 Return Policy

Wholesale orders are non-returnable except:

  • Items damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect product shipped

6.3 Damage Claim Procedure

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photos, videos, and pallet labels required

  • Replacement parts or units will be provided accordingly


7. Spare Parts Pricing

7.1 Dealer Access

  • Dealers receive wholesale pricing for over 300+ ENGWE spare parts.

  • Pricing and inventory availability are updated regularly.

7.2 Restrictions

  • Spare parts wholesale pricing must not be made public.


8. Authorized Sales Channels

8.1 Allowed

  • Retail stores

  • Local bike shops

  • Shopify/WooCommerce websites

  • Facebook Marketplace (local only)

8.2 Not Allowed (Without Written Approval)

To protect brand integrity:

❌ eBay
❌ International resale

Unauthorized sales may result in termination from the program.


9. Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers must:

  • Follow MAP pricing

  • Provide accurate customer service

  • Order at least 3 units every 90 days to maintain active dealer status

  • Uphold ENGWE brand presentation and product accuracy
