This Refund Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed through QKEY LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Because our business is primarily B2B distribution, wholesale orders follow different rules than retail transactions.
By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
⭐ 1. Wholesale Orders Are Final Sale
All wholesale purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where:
- The wrong product was shipped
- The item is defective under warranty
- The shipment arrived damaged (DOA or LTL freight damage)
Due to the nature of wholesale distribution, we cannot accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Overstock
- Unsold inventory
- Incorrect orders placed by the dealer
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
⭐ 2. Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong model, variation, or quantity:
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Required documentation:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging and labels
- Order number
- Serial numbers (if applicable)
We will arrange:
- Replacement shipment or
- Return label for the incorrect item
⭐ 3. Damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products
If a product arrives damaged:
Parcel Shipments (FedEx/UPS)
Report within 48 hours, with:
- Photos of the box
- Photos of damage
- Photos of serial number
LTL Freight Shipments
The following must be done at delivery:
- Inspect pallets before signing
- Note any damage on the BOL (“damaged” or “subject to inspection”)
- Take photos of pallet, boxes, and damaged bikes
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.
We will provide replacement parts or a replacement unit depending on the severity of the damage.
⭐ 4. Manufacturer Warranty Defects (1-Year Warranty)
If the issue is a warranty defect:
- File a claim through our warranty support system
- Provide photos/videos of the issue
- Provide proof of purchase and model/serial number
Warranty claims are reviewed within 24–48 business hours.
Upon approval, we will ship replacement parts at no cost.
Labor is not included.
⭐ 5. Returns Without Authorization
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a dealer ships back an item without our approval:
- The shipment will be rejected or
- The dealer will be responsible for return freight costs
- No refund will be issued
Always contact us before returning any item.
⭐ 6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Used or demo bikes
- Bikes with mileage
- Custom orders
- Special-order parts
- Clearance items
- Opened batteries
- Opened electronic components
- Spare parts purchased separately
- Accessories showing signs of installation
⭐ 7. Refund (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued for:
- Incorrect charges
- Duplicate payments
- Orders canceled before shipment
- Special cases approved by management
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.
Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.
⭐ 8. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been:
- Packed
- Labeled
- Loaded for LTL pickup
- Shipped
…it cannot be canceled.
Order cancellation must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.
⭐ 9. Returns for Retail Customers (Your Customers)
This policy applies to wholesale dealers only.
Retail return policies for your customers are determined by you, the dealer.
We only accept warranty claims and defective issues, not customer returns.

1. Return Eligibility
QKEY LLC offers a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date.
Products must be:
• Unused, unmodified, and in like-new condition
• Under 10 miles of total riding
• Returned with original packaging and accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Used QKEY LLC over 10 miles
• Clearance or discounted items
• Damaged products caused by the user
• Accessories (unless DOA)
• Missing packaging or parts
3. Refund Deductions
• $150–$300 return shipping fee (depending on location)
• 5% processing fee for canceled orders before shipping
• Up to $300 restocking fee for used bikes
4. How to Request a Return

• Reason for return
• Photos/videos of the bike
• Your contact info
Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
