3. Pallet Configuration & Loading Rules

  • Delivery appointment

9. Shipment Damage Policy

  • Photos of damaged boxes/bikes

  • Photo of pallet & freight label

  • Bill of Lading (BOL)

  • Serial numbers

QKEY will coordinate replacement parts or units as needed.

Dealers may pick up orders directly from the Pomona warehouse.
