• Submit a wholesale application
• Provide accurate business information
• Provide reseller permit / tax ID (when applicable)
• Maintain compliance with ENGWE brand standards

We may approve, deny, or revoke dealer accounts at our discretion.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate:

• Personal information
• Business details
• Shipping and billing information

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

4. Product Availability & Inventory

All orders are subject to:

• Available stock
• Incoming restock schedules
• Model discontinuation
• Quantity limits

Inventory levels may change without notice.

5. Pricing & Wholesale Terms

• Wholesale pricing is available only to approved dealers.
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• Unauthorized public discounting is not permitted (MAP compliance).
• Wholesale orders are non-refundable unless defective or shipped incorrectly.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue pricing, products, or programs.

6. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Wholesale orders follow the MOQ rules:

• 3 units minimum for sample orders
• 7 units per pallet recommended for LTL shipping
• Larger bulk orders may require prepayment or deposit

Orders below MOQ may be rejected or surcharged.

7. Order Acceptance

An order is not confirmed until:

• Payment is received
• Stock is verified
• A confirmation notice is issued

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

8. Payment Terms

We accept:

• ACH transfers
• Bank wires
• Credit cards (fees apply)
• Business checks (for approved accounts)

Payment must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or outstanding payments may result in:

• Shipment delays
• Account suspension

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship through:

• FedEx
• UPS
• DHL
• LTL carriers (Daylight, Priority1, FedEx Freight)

Delivery timelines depend on warehouse availability, carrier schedules, and destination.

We are not liable for:

• Carrier delays
• Missed appointments
• Incorrect addresses
• Additional freight fees
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

10. Freight Damage & DOA

Dealers must inspect all shipments immediately.

DOA or freight damage must be reported within 48 hours with:

• Photos of packaging and product
• Serial number
• BOL marked “damaged” (for LTL)

Failure to report within 48 hours may void coverage.

11. Warranty

ENGWE e-bikes include a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover:

• Wear and tear
• Water damage
• Improper assembly
• Misuse / accidents
• Unauthorized modifications

Warranty claims require:

• Photos / videos
• Proof of purchase
• Serial number

Replacement parts may be provided at our discretion.

12. Returns & Refunds

Wholesale orders are non-returnable except in cases of:

• Incorrect product shipped
• Manufacturer defect
• Approved warranty claim

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted dealer data
• Copy or redistribute wholesale pricing
• Misrepresent your business information
• Violate MAP pricing rules
• Reverse engineer site code or systems

Violation may lead to account termination.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, videos, text, manuals, product descriptions, and logos—is owned by QKEY LLC or ENGWE.

You may not:

• Resell

15. Limitation of Liability

QKEY LLC is not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Delayed shipments
• Product misuse
• Third-party website interactions
