1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

To ensure efficient logistics and stable inventory turnover for our dealers, the following MOQ applies:

• 3 units per order
• Models can be mixed (EP-2 Pro, L20 2.0, M20 2.0 Single/Dual Battery, X26, GT Series)

🚛 2. Pallet Packing Rules

All wholesale orders are shipped via LTL Freight from our Pomona, California warehouse.

We support flexible combinations to help dealers restock efficiently.

✔ Allowed:

• Any mix of EP-2 Pro, L20 2.0, M20 2.0
• Any combination totaling 7 units per pallet
• Mix colors freely

Example:

❗ Not Allowed:

• X26 cannot be mixed with other models due to size
• Certain models may have temporary restrictions depending on inventory

🧾 4. Order Processing

• Orders are shipped after 100% payment is received
• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Large volume orders can be scheduled in advance

🚚 5. Shipping Method

We ship through trusted LTL freight carriers:

• Daylight Transport
• Priority1
• FedEx Freight (regional California)
